Description
The New Air NSR-115-H is a two-door reach-in refrigerator built for kitchens that stage a lot of prepped product between services. It stores 1153 L, or 40.74 cu. ft., in a cabinet 54.50" wide, and holds 0°C to 5°C under a Dixell digital controller.
Eight epoxy-coated wire shelves reposition on the rack, and the 49.75" wide interior takes full-size pans side by side. A 1 HP compressor rated 730 W handles the load while drawing 8.6 A from a single 115V outlet, so no special electrical service is required. Stainless steel covers the interior and the exterior, and the 463 lb cabinet rolls on heavy duty casters with front brakes.
