Description
New Air's NCB-052-SS puts 52.50" of refrigerated drawer storage directly under the cook line. It suits kitchens that run a charbroiler or griddle on top of the base and need cold product at the station rather than across the room. The cabinet holds 0.5°C to 3°C under digital control.
The shell is stainless steel inside and out with rounded corners, and both drawers pull out completely for washing. Drawer rails carry heavy pan loads. At 242 lbs the unit rides on heavy duty casters with front brakes, and it plugs into a standard 115V / 60Hz outlet at 2.09 A.
