Description
The NIF-50-DC is a 50" ice cream dipping cabinet built for creameries and convenience stores that scoop from a fixed counter position. It carries 8 tubs across four tub holders, with four wire baskets below for packaged backup stock. Total volume is 12.9 cu. ft. (365 L).
Cooling comes from R290 and holds the well between -18°C and -22°C, set at a front temperature display with an adjustable thermostat. The interior is aluminum, the top doors slide on flat glass, and a sneeze guard canopy sits over the service opening. Four casters, two of them swivel with brakes, let one person roll the cabinet out for cleaning.
