Description
The NCB-048-SS is a 48" refrigerated chef base built to sit under countertop cooking equipment in restaurant lines and food trucks. Two removable drawers hold prepped product within arm's reach of the range, and a digital controller holds the cabinet between 0.5°C and 3°C. The footprint is 48.00" wide by 32.25" deep and 26.63" high, which matches standard counter run heights.
Exterior and interior are stainless steel with rounded corners, so wipe-downs do not leave trapped soil in the seams. Drawer rails are rated for heavy loads and the drawers lift out for cleaning. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant runs the system, and the unit draws 1.7 A on a 115V / 60Hz circuit through a NEMA 5-15P plug, so it shares an ordinary wall outlet.
