Description
The New Air NPT-048-SA is a 48" refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table for delis and sandwich counters that build to order all day. A top rail carries 12 clear plastic 1/6 size pans over 11.47 cubic feet of refrigerated storage behind two solid doors. A rear-mounted digital controller holds the cabinet between 0.5°C and 5°C, and defrost runs automatically. An insulated lid covers the rail between services to hold pan temperature.
Interior and exterior are stainless steel, with two adjustable heavy duty shelves underneath and a 14.50" deep cutting board across the working face. The compressor is mounted at the back on a 1/5 HP system charged with R290, a natural refrigerant New Air specifies for faster cool down and lower energy draw, and the unit pulls 2.4 A at 115V through a NEMA 5-15P plug. Doors self-close at 60 degrees and stay open past that point when both hands are busy. Two swivel casters with brakes let one person move the 231 lb cabinet for cleaning behind it.
