Description
The NCSD-48-SL is a refrigerated topping rail that sits on a work counter and keeps prepped ingredients at 2°C to 12°C. It takes five 1/4-size gastronorm pans across a 47.25" body, 12.5 L of pan volume in total. Sandwich lines and pizza stations use it to keep cold mise en place within arm's reach of the assembly point.
Both the exterior and the interior are stainless steel, and a hinged stainless cover drops over the pans when service stops. Cooling is static with automatic defrost, and the digital controller faces front so staff read it without reaching across the pans. Power draw is 1.6 A at 110-120 V, and at 10.75" tall the rail clears most under-shelf gaps.
