Description
The NPT-048-MSA is a 48" refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table whose mega top rail takes 18 x 1/6 size pans, six more than the standard NPT-048-SA of the same width. Salad bars, sandwich lines and pizza make-up stations that run a long topping list are the fit here. Pans sit in staggered rows so the back row stays reachable.
The base holds 324.79 L / 11.47 Cu. Ft behind two self-closing stainless doors, with a pair of adjustable heavy duty shelves inside. A 1/5 HP back-mounted compressor circulates R290 on 280W input, and a rear digital controller keeps the cabinet between 0.5°C and 5°C. Net weight is 231 lbs on two braked swivel castors.
