Description
The New Air NDDC-48-GC is a 48" refrigerated deli case that cools by gravity coil instead of forced air. It fits butcher counters, fish counters and deli departments working with a short run of wall space that still has to carry a full day of product. Total capacity is 27.1 cu. ft., split between a 638 L display cabinet and a 130 L refrigerated chamber underneath.
The body is black on the outside over a stainless steel interior, with adjustable glass shelves lit by LED strips above and below each one. Because cold air falls across the product rather than being blown at it, cut meat and sliced cheese hold moisture longer through a service day. Two rear sliding glass doors let staff face and reload product from the service side while the customer glass stays shut, and the 460W R290 system runs at 4.18A on an ordinary NEMA 5-15P outlet.
