Description
The NPT-48SA-4D is a 48" refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table that replaces solid doors with four refrigerated drawers. It suits sandwich shops and line kitchens where cooks pull portioned product all shift and want it at hand rather than behind a door. The cabinet holds 324.79 L of refrigerated storage and keeps a rail of twelve 1/6 size pans cold under an insulated lid.
Construction is stainless steel inside and out, with epoxy coated shelving and a back mounted compressor that holds the footprint to 48.25" x 33.13" x 45.75". A rear digital controller sets the cabinet between 0.5°C and 5°C. The unit runs on a standard 115V circuit at 2.4A through a NEMA 5-15P plug, cooling on R290.
