Description
The New Air NSGR-48-PT is a pass-thru refrigerator, meaning it carries glass doors on the front of the cabinet and matching doors on the back so it can be loaded from one side and served from the other. Four sliding glass doors, two per face, open into 33.77 cu. ft. (956 L) held at 1°C to 4°C. Set it into a wall between prep and service and stock never has to travel around the line.
The doors use heated glass, which keeps condensation off the pane in a warm room instead of forcing staff to wipe it down. The exterior is 430 stainless steel and the interior liner is 304 stainless steel, and interior LED lighting keeps the eight epoxy coated adjustable wire shelves readable from either face. Foam insulation and 0.7mm bent copper tubing make up the sealed system, which runs on R290 at 7.5 A.
