Description
The New Air NDC-48-CG is a 48.50" wide curved glass refrigerated display case built for bakeries, cafes, delis and pastry counters that sell chilled product from the front of house. Double tempered glass wraps the front and both ends, so cakes, sandwiches and grab-and-go items read clearly from the aisle. Display volume is 370 L, or 13.06 cu. ft.
The cabinet is finished in black brushed stainless steel and carries two glass shelves that adjust for both height and angle, giving 43.50" of usable interior width for tall gateaux or shallow trays. Air ducts on three sides move air across the glazing to hold condensation off the viewing surfaces, and rear sliding doors let staff restock from behind the case without breaking the display. R290 refrigerant holds the interior between 2°C and 12°C.
