Description
The NCGD-46-S is a 46-inch countertop gelato freezer that carries six 1/3-size gastronorm pans and holds them between -22°C and -12°C. It suits a gelateria or a supermarket dessert counter that wants a serving line without committing floor space to a full merchandiser. A digital controller with an LED readout sets the cabinet temperature.
The front is double-tempered glass fitted with a heater that keeps the pane from fogging at freezing temperatures, and cool-toned LED lighting at the top of the unit throws light down onto the pans. Servers work from sliding doors at the back. The unit needs a NEMA 5-20P outlet at 110-120 V, 60 Hz, and it measures 46.00" x 33.00" x 24.50".
