Description
The New Air NPT-044-PI is a 44" refrigerated pizza prep table for pizzerias, sandwich counters and small prep kitchens that need chilled topping storage in a short footprint. One self-closing door section sits beneath a rail holding 6 clear plastic 1/3 size pans, which ship with the unit. The cabinet holds 0.5°C to 5°C, so dough, cheese and sauces stay in the safe range through a full service.
Stainless steel covers the interior and the exterior, and the interior floor is sealed so spills rinse out rather than collecting in the seams. A 19" deep cutting board runs across the front of the rail, giving room to stretch and top a pie without moving to a separate bench. R290 refrigerant and a 250W rear-mounted compressor do the cooling, drawing 2.2A from a standard 115V outlet on a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit arrives on casters, two of them fitted with brakes.
