Description
Three removable wire baskets sit under the sliding glass top of the NIF-41-FG, a 280 litre flat glass ice cream freezer measuring 40.75" wide. It suits convenience stores and cafeterias that have outgrown a two-basket cabinet but cannot spare five feet of floor. The interior stands 25.50" deep top to bottom, the tallest interior height of the five NIF flat glass models.
Construction is an aluminum liner under sliding flat tempered glass, with a front-mounted temperature display and adjustable thermostat on the cabinet face. R290 refrigerant maintains -18°C to -22°C, and the unit pulls 2.3 A from a 115V / 60Hz outlet through a NEMA 5-15P plug. Four casters, two of them swivel, carry the cabinet.
