Description
The NUDF-40-S is a 40" upright glass display freezer for grocers and foodservice operators who merchandise frozen product instead of storing it out of sight. It holds 650 L (23 cu. ft.) and operates from -22°C to -12°C. Front-hinged glass doors keep the load visible while the cabinet stays at frozen holding temperature.
Glazing is triple-tempered glass, which matters more on a freezer than on a cooler because of the larger temperature difference across the pane. Automatic defrost applies hot air on all four sides to clear condensation, so staff are not wiping down doors during service. The cabinet is black brushed stainless steel, rides on four casters with brakes on two of them, and draws 13.6 A at 110-120 V, 60 Hz through a NEMA 5-15P plug.
