Description
The NOM-40-HT is a heated vertical open merchandiser built for narrow service runs, measuring 39.50" wide by 27.63" deep. It holds 388 L (13.7 cu. ft.) of packaged hot food between 65°C and 71°C on three adjustable shelves and a base level. Convenience store hot counters and cafe queues are where a case this shallow tends to go.
Interior space measures 36.88" x 18.00" x 49.00", and the 18.00" shelf depth favours single-depth facings over double-stacked trays. Black brushed stainless steel wraps the exterior, double-pane tempered glass closes the sides, and a pull-down night curtain covers the front overnight. Power is 208V to 240V single phase, drawing up to 20.0A through a NEMA 6-30P cord.
