Description
The New Air NOM-39-HT is a heated vertical open merchandiser that holds packaged hot food at 65°C to 71°C with no door between the shopper and the product. Grocery delis, cafes and convenience stores running a hot grab-and-go program are the intended buyers. Three adjustable shelves plus the base level give 438.9 L of display space, or 15.5 cu. ft.
The cabinet is finished in black brushed stainless steel with double-pane tempered glass closing the sides. Each shelf carries warm-toned LED above and below it and has its own digital temperature control, so a shelf of hot sandwiches can be held apart from a shelf of pastry. A pull-down night curtain closes the 38.00" x 21.00" x 53.00" opening after service. The unit needs a 208V to 240V single-phase circuit and terminates in a NEMA 6-30P plug.
