Description
The NPT-036-SA is a 36-inch refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table with two doors and a top rail for ten 1/6-size pans. It suits cafes and food trucks that need a cold assembly station without surrendering three feet of line to a wider cabinet. Two adjustable shelves sit behind the doors for backup product and prepped inserts.
Construction is stainless steel inside and out over epoxy-coated shelving, and an insulated lid closes over the pan rail when the station is not in use. The refrigeration circuit uses R290 and a back-mounted compressor, drawing 2.4 A at 115V through a NEMA 5-15P plug. A 14.50" cutting board runs the full 36-inch width, and a rear digital controller holds the cabinet between 0.5°C and 5°C.
