Description
The NDC-36-SG is a floor-standing refrigerated display case built around square front glass, sized for bakeries and specialty food shops that merchandise from behind a service counter. It holds 417 L at 2°C to 5°C, cold enough for cream-filled pastry without frosting the product surface. At 35.50" wide the cabinet drops into a standard counter run.
The body is black brushed stainless steel and the two interior shelves are glass, each adjustable for height and for tilt angle, so a flat tray and a raked display can share the same case. A heated anti-fog film laminated into the front pane keeps the view clear where warm room air meets cold glass. Cooling runs on R290 and the unit draws 7.6 A at 115V.
