Description
The NOM-36-CDS is a medium-profile refrigerated open merchandiser that stops at 53.50" tall, low enough to see across. Delis, coffee shops and hotel breakfast counters use this height when a full-height case would wall off the room. It holds 191 litres, 6.74 cubic feet, behind an air curtain with no doors.
Two shelves adjust for both height and angle, so packaged salads and sandwiches can be tilted forward toward the customer above the base display deck. The 35.75" deep cabinet is wrapped in black brushed stainless steel with double tempered glass at the ends, and a heating element in the drain pan evaporates condensate. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet at 8.5A on a NEMA 5-15P, so no electrical work is needed before it is switched on.
