Description
The NPT-036-MSA is a 36" refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table with a mega top rail rated for 15 x 1/6 size pans. Two solid doors sit under the rail, which makes it a reasonable fit for a sandwich shop or cafeteria line that needs more toppings than a 29" unit offers without giving up another foot of floor. New Air revised this model in March 2026, and the current sheet is the one quoted here.
Interior and exterior are stainless steel, and the doors close themselves while holding open at 60 degrees. The cabinet measures 31.88" x 20.00" x 23.00" inside and carries adjustable heavy duty epoxy shelving. Cooling comes from R290 refrigerant and a back-mounted compressor drawing 2.4A at 115V/60Hz, held between 0.5°C and 5°C by a rear digital controller.
