Description
The NPT-36SA-2D is a 36-inch refrigerated prep table whose base is divided into four refrigerated pull-out drawers rather than doors. That layout gives a line cook four separately reachable compartments in three feet of run, which works for a station holding several proteins or garnishes at once. Base volume is 254.3 L, or 8.98 cubic feet, and ten 1/6-size pans sit on the rail above.
The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out over epoxy shelving, with an insulated stainless lid that closes over the pan rail. R290 refrigerant runs from a back-mounted compressor at 225W and 2.4 A on a NEMA 5-15P plug, and a rear digital controller holds 0.5°C to 5°C. A 14.50" cutting board spans the front and heavy-duty casters carry the 215 lb cabinet.
