Description
The New Air NDC-36-CG is a 36" curved glass refrigerated display case for bakeries, pastry shops, cafes and grocery counters where product sells on sight. It gives an operator 270 L, or 9.53 cu. ft., of merchandised space and holds 2°C to 12°C off a single 120V circuit. The curved front glass brings the upper shelf toward the customer instead of hiding it behind a flat pane.
The cabinet is black brushed stainless steel with double tempered glass all around, and air ducts on three sides pull condensation away so the glass stays clear through a long service period. Both glass shelves adjust for height and angle, so a tray of pastry and a deli platter can share the same case. Staff load from the back through sliding doors, which leaves the customer face undisturbed. Casters let one person roll the unit out to clean behind it.

- Double tempered glass all around with air ducts on three sides to keep condensation off the viewing surface
- Two glass shelves adjust for both angle and height, the top at 31.70" x 12.40" and the middle at 31.70" x 14.76"
- Runs on a standard 120V/60Hz outlet at 4.5 A, single phase, on a NEMA 5-15P cord
