Description
The NIF-35-CG is a 35" wide curved glass ice cream freezer holding 208 litres, or 7.3 cubic feet, across three wire baskets. It fits operators who want a visible frozen display without surrendering an aisle: convenience stores, cafeterias and counter-service scoop shops. The curved sliding glass top keeps the product in view from the customer side while the cold stays inside the cabinet.
The liner is aluminum and the system runs on R290, a CFC-free hydrocarbon refrigerant, holding an interior range of -18°C to -22°C. Electrically it is undemanding, drawing 2.5A at 115V/60Hz through a NEMA 5-15P cord, so it goes on an ordinary wall outlet. Four casters, two of them swivel, mean one person can pull it out for cleaning behind.
