Description
The NCD-32-HT holds hot food on the counter in 6.92 cu. ft. (196 L) of glazed cabinet at anywhere from 30°C to 85°C. Cafes and convenience counters use it for sandwiches, pastry and pizza slices that need to stay in sight and stay hot. Its upper limit of 85°C is higher than the 70°C ceiling on New Air's NCHD-30-35SQ, which matters for denser hot items.
Double pane glass covers all four sides and LED lighting runs inside the cabinet. Three shelves adjust in angle, restocking is done through a sliding glass door at the rear, and a ventilation system works against fogging on the panes. The case measures 31.25" x 22.33" x 34.38", weighs 138.89 lbs, and draws 7.4 A at 120 V, 60 Hz.
