Description
The NCHD-30-35SQ is a heated countertop display case holding 7.24 cu. ft. (205 L) at temperatures between 30°C and 70°C. It is aimed at delis and bakery counters that need hot product held in view rather than hidden in a warming drawer. A digital controller sets the cabinet temperature and a switch at the rear handles power.
Double pane glass on all four sides means the product reads from the front and both ends, and LED lighting inside keeps the surface bright. Three shelves adjust in angle so a tray of pastry can be tilted toward the customer. A built-in vent system limits condensation on the panes. The cabinet occupies 29.13" x 25.75" of counter and draws 7.4 A at 120 V, 60 Hz.
