Description
The NPT-29SA-2D is a 29-inch refrigerated prep table that replaces the hinged door of the standard SA cabinet with two refrigerated pull-out drawers. Drawers suit a cook who works the same few products all shift, since a drawer opens into the aisle without swinging a door across it. The base holds 185.75 L, or 6.56 cubic feet, and eight 1/6-size pans sit on the top rail.
The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out with epoxy-coated shelving, and an insulated lid covers the rail when the station is idle. Refrigeration is R290 from a back-mounted compressor drawing 2 A and 225W at 115V, on a NEMA 5-15P plug. A 14.50" cutting board spans the front, and the unit ships on casters at 202 lbs net.
