Description
The NUR-29-2D is a 29" undercounter refrigerator with two drawers, built for a line station where floor space is limited. It holds 197.93 L of refrigerated storage beneath a work surface that stands 35.88" high. Drawer access keeps product in reach of a single cook without swinging a door into the aisle.
Stainless steel forms the exterior and the interior cabinet, so the unit wipes down and stands up to daily service. A rear mounted compressor runs on a standard 115V circuit at 2.4 A, and a Dixell digital controller holds the cabinet between 0°C and 5°C. At 158 lbs on heavy duty casters, one person can roll it out to clean behind the line.
