Description
The NPT-029-SA is a 29-inch refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table for kitchens where counter width is the limiting factor. One self-closing door and a single adjustable shelf sit under a rail that holds eight 1/6-size pans, which suits a deli counter or a small sandwich station rather than a full salad bar. Refrigerated volume is 185.75 L, or 6.56 cubic feet.
The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out, with epoxy-coated shelving and an insulated lid that drops over the pan rail between rushes. Refrigeration runs on R290 through a back-mounted 1/7 HP compressor drawing 2 A at 115V, so the table works on a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet. A 14.50" cutting board spans the front, and casters let the 202 lb unit roll clear of the wall for cleaning.
