Description
The NPT-029-MSA is a 29" refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table built around a mega top rail that carries 12 x 1/6 size pans over a single-door base. It fits a deli counter, a sandwich station or a small line where floor space is short but the topping list is long. The rail runs in staggered rows so every pan stays within reach of one operator standing in place.
The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out, with one self-closing door that holds open at 60 degrees when both hands are busy. Behind it sits 185.75 L / 6.56 Cu. Ft of storage on an adjustable heavy duty shelf, cooled by a 1/7 HP back-mounted compressor running R290 and drawing 225W at 115V. An insulated lid covers the rail at close.
