Description
The NIF-29-DC is New Air's smallest dipping cabinet, a 29" freezer built to hold ice cream at scooping temperature behind sliding glass. Creameries and convenience stores that serve scoops from a short counter run are the intended fit. It holds four tubs in the dipping well.
The interior is aluminum and the cabinet runs between -22 and -18 degrees Celsius, set from a side mounted temperature display with an adjustable thermostat. Wire baskets come with the unit for tubs held in reserve below the serving line. The exterior can be finished with a vinyl wrap if the store wants its own branding on the front panel.
