Description
The NIF-29-FG is the narrowest flat glass ice cream freezer in New Air's NIF range, measuring 28.50" across the front and holding 165 litres. Corner stores, bakeries and small cafés that carry novelties alongside their main business can set it against a wall without surrendering an aisle. Two removable wire baskets keep tubs sorted under the sliding top.
The liner is aluminum and the top is sliding flat tempered glass, so staff can read the stock level without opening the cabinet. R290 refrigerant holds the interior between -18°C and -22°C, shown on a front-mounted display and set with an adjustable thermostat. Current draw is 1.7 A on a 115V circuit, low enough for an ordinary wall outlet, and four casters (two swivel) let one person move the unit for cleaning.
