Description
The New Air NSF-050-H is a single solid door reach-in freezer for back-of-house frozen storage in restaurants and food processing rooms. It holds 504 L (17.79 cu. ft.) behind one self-closing door. At 27.50" wide the cabinet fits a narrow slot in an equipment line where a two-door unit will not, and it holds air between -22°C and -15°C.
Stainless steel covers the interior and the exterior, so the cabinet wipes down quickly and stands up to daily cart traffic. Four epoxy-coated wire shelves adjust on the rack, and the 21.75" x 27.50" x 48.75" interior takes full-depth pans and stacked containers. A Dixell digital controller runs the setpoint, and the sealed system is charged with R290, a CFC-free hydrocarbon refrigerant.
