New Air - 24" Heated Countertop Display Case - NCD-24-HT

The New Air NCD-24-HT is a 24" heated countertop display case for holding and merchandising hot food at the front counter. It fits cafes, bakeries, delis and convenience stores that move pastries or ready-to-serve items on impulse. Digital temperature control holds the cabinet between 30°C and 85°C, a range wide enough to cover gentle warm-holding as well as full hot-holding.

Double pane glass wraps all four sides, set into a stainless steel body with a black exterior. Three shelves with adjustable angles divide 5.23 cu. ft. of display space, and air vents on three sides move moisture away from the glass so product stays visible through a rush. Staff load from behind through two rear sliding glass doors, which keeps the customer-facing glass clean. The case draws 7.4 A at 120V/60Hz through a standard NEMA 5-15P plug, so it goes on an ordinary counter circuit.
