Description
The New Air NIF-24-CG is a 24" curved glass ice cream freezer for creameries, convenience stores and dessert counters that serve tubs straight out of the display. Two wire baskets sit in a 3.6 cu. ft. cabinet, enough for a working flavour assortment on a small floor. The curved glass top slides open, so a server reaches product from either side without walking around the unit.
The interior is aluminum, which wipes down quickly and takes frost buildup between manual defrosts. Cooling runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and holds a -18°C to -22°C range, drawing 1.7 A from a standard 115V/60Hz outlet on a NEMA 5-15P cord. A side-mounted temperature display and adjustable thermostat keep the setting visible during service, and four casters, two of them swivel, let staff roll the cabinet out to clean behind it.
