Description
The NCD-23-PHT is a heated pizza display case for pizzerias, convenience stores and grocery hot counters. Four chrome shelves rotate on their own so a whole pizza turns past the customer instead of sitting still, and each shelf takes a large pie up to 17.91" across. The cabinet runs from 30°C to 90°C, the highest range in New Air's heated countertop line.
Tempered glass panes enclose all four sides with LED strips lighting the interior from each one. Alongside the digital temperature controller there is adjustable humidity control, which is what keeps a crust from drying out over a long hold. The case fits a 22.50" x 24.50" counter area, stands 32.50" tall, weighs 90 lbs, and pulls 11.3 A at 110-120 V, 60 Hz.
