This apron is amazing quality. There is no issue with the apron itself or the company Mercer Culinary. I rated this product 5 stars because there was nothing wrong with the product, but please read on.

However, this product is listed as (and still listed as) a pack of 12. When I received the product I was very confused and thought they had made a mistake, as I only had received 1 apron. I emailed customer service (the person who answered my email, name is Mike (important for later)) asking how many aprons comes with this product when purchased. Mike replied and told me 12 aprons come in this pack. I emailed customer service again (a separate email from the first one) basically saying how I did not receive all the aprons I was supposed to and asking for them to please send the remaining aprons to me. I had sent screenshots of proof of the listing that says it comes with 12 aprons and also a screenshot of the email of Mike saying that this product comes with 12 aprons. I got a reply back from the same person, Mike, and he had told me that this listing must refer to the case size and not the actual product itself. He then told me I could send the product back and get a refund. However, that makes no sense at all. I believe what he was trying to say is they buy this product in bulk at 12 pieces a pack, but they sell it on their website individually at 1 apron each. However, that makes no sense of why this…
