Description
The Lamber DSP4EKDPS is a high temperature undercounter dishwasher built for commercial kitchens that need dependable warewashing in a compact footprint. Rated for up to 30 racks per hour, or roughly 600 dishes per hour, it offers four selectable cycles of 2, 3, 4, or 15 minutes so operators can match wash time to the load, from lightly soiled glassware to heavily soiled pots and pans. A soft-touch electronic control panel with diagnostic readout makes cycle selection and monitoring simple during busy service periods.
The stainless steel construction is designed for long-lasting performance in professional environments. This exclusive DPS model pairs lower wash and rinse arms with a rotating upper rinse arm for thorough water coverage across the 19.6" x 19.6" rack, with 15.3" of dish clearance for taller items. A thermocontrol system maintains the selected wash and rinse temperatures through every cycle, backed by a security thermostat. Automatic tank loading, a soft-start system, and integrated detergent and rinse aid pumps reduce manual tasks, while the built-in drain pump allows installation where gravity drainage is not available. Two integral tank filters help keep wash water clean throughout service.
