This cutting board is expertly constructed using edge grain techniques, ensuring durability and longevity for years of reliable use in your kitchen. Made in the USA from renewable American hardwoods, this cutting board showcases the finest craftsmanship and attention to detail. Its solid maple wood construction offers a sturdy and stable surface for all your cutting, chopping, and food preparation needs.
The cutting board is finished with Boos Block Cream infused with beeswax, providing a protective and nourishing layer that enhances the natural beauty of the wood while protecting it from moisture and food stains. This finish not only adds to the aesthetic appeal of the cutting board but also helps to maintain its integrity over time.

Certified by the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation), this cutting board meets rigorous standards for public health and safety, ensuring that it is safe and hygienic for use in commercial and residential kitchens alike. NSF International, an accredited third-party certification organization, verifies that the product meets stringent sanitation requirements, giving you peace of mind knowing that you're using a quality, sanitary cutting board. Designed for convenience and ease of use, this cutting board features handgrips on the ends, allowing for effortless transport from countertop to stovetop. With two flat sides and slightly rounded edges, this cutting board offers versatility for various cutting tasks, whether you're slicing meats, chopping vegetables, or carving roasts. In summary, the John Boos 18" x 12" x 1.5" Reversible Maple Cutting Board combines superior craftsmanship, premium materials, and thoughtful design to provide a versatile and durable cutting surface for your kitchen. Whether you're a professional chef or a home cook, this cutting board is an essential tool that will enhance your culinary experience and withstand the test of time.
