The IKON Cooking IBQ-60 80" Stainless Steel Outdoor Gas Grill is built for high-volume outdoor cooking in commercial foodservice environments. Constructed with a durable SAE 304 stainless steel body, hood, base, burners, and legs, this LP gas grill is designed for long-lasting performance, strength, and reliability.
Equipped with eight 16-gauge stainless steel tube burners, each producing 15,000 BTU, the IBQ-60 delivers a powerful 120,000 BTU total output for consistent broiling, grilling, and searing. Two separate cooking areas, each measuring 27-4/5" x 21-3/10", give chefs the flexibility to prepare multiple menu items at once. Stainless steel radiants help distribute heat evenly, while easy-to-clean 6mm cooking grids provide a dependable grilling surface for daily use.
The grill includes two roll domes to help retain heat for roasting and controlled cooking, along with a convenient side shelf for staging plates, utensils, sauces, and seasonings. A removable drip pan and rack carriage assembly make cleanup simple, helping reduce downtime after service.
Designed for mobility and stability, the IKON IBQ-60 features two 14" wheels for easy movement and two lockable casters to keep the unit securely positioned during operation. It ships ready for LP installation and includes a two-stage regulator and hose.
