The top provides a convenient and accessible workspace for assembling and arranging ingredients. It also features a solid hinged door for additional storage space, with an adjustable shelf inside for flexible organization. The unit comes with a removable cutting board that allows for easy food preparation and cleaning.

Equipped with an electronic thermostat, the prep unit offers precise temperature control within a range of 33° to 41°F. The LED temperature display ensures easy monitoring of the internal temperature, helping to maintain the freshness and safety of the stored ingredients.
