The Escali Pana Baking Scale solves this problem with accurate volume measurements in cups and tablespoons using the known density of an ingredient and the weight measured by the scale. Measure volume in cups, tablespoons, fluid ounces, and milliliters as well as weight in grams, ounces, and pounds: ounces. The removable platform makes cleanup fast and easy. Reset the scale to zero weight to measure multiple items or subtract the weight of the container. The scale will turn off after ten minutes of inactivity to help conserve and extend battery life. An optional AC power adapter is available separately and will override the automatic shut-off feature.
