The Escali SQ157B Nutro Digital Scale features a large easy-to-read back-light display, touch-sensitive controls, and a raised stainless steel platform that is dishwasher safe. Use the Display Hold function to hold measurements on display when weighing oversized items, and use the Tare function to clear the weight of a container or multiple items on the scale. The raised stainless steel platform is removable and dishwasher safe. The extra-large display is backlit so reading measurements is fast and easy. The touch-sensitive controls create a single, smooth glass surface that is easy to keep clean. Measures both liquid (fl oz, ml) and dry ingredients (g, oz, lb: oz.) Reset the scale to zero weight to measure multiple items or subtract the weight of the container. The scale will turn off after five minutes of inactivity to help conserve and extend battery life.
