Description

EmileHenryProduces petite baguette loaves with crispy crust and airy interiors. Burgundian clay absorbs and retains heat evenly for gentle, uniform baking. Releases bread easily and will not chip, crack, craze or absorb odors or flavors. Designed for proofing and baking in one vessel. Turns out five 7" baguette loaves. For Cleaning & Care of the product with unglazed area, simply use dishwashing liquid, water, and a sponge – rinse well and air dry.

Re-create the delicious results of brick-oven baking with Emile Henry's mini-baguette pan. The ceramic baker absorbs and retains heat evenly while releasing excess moisture through holes in the lid, producing individual loaves with classic baguette texture: tender interiors with a light crumb and chewy, evenly browned crusts.

    Love this pan!

I love this pan! The baguettes came out the perfect size and colour. I love the ability to use the pan as a banneton, so much easier and convenient. The lid is perfect.

I tried the Emile Henry baguette recipe that came with the pan and was happy with it; great flavour and texture.
