Description

EmileHenry

During everyday use, there are many opportunities to bang a dish or a set of plates. Particularly resistant to shocks, this ceramic is even used in restaurants! A dish or stewpot should be able to withstand wide variations in temperature. Our ceramics allow our products to be taken directly from the freezer to the hot oven (+270°C/-20°C). Heat, the dishwasher or sharp instruments will all have an ageing effect on a product. Our glazes are particularly resistant to the dishwasher and the most aggressive of detergents.

The individual salad bowl complements any table. It offers the ability for individual servings of pasta, salad, and soup or can be used in the oven for small desserts, side dishes and even serves as a small serving bowl.

Key Feature :

  • Can be taken from freezer to hot oven +270°C/-20°C
  • Scratch-resistant translucent glaze provides a smooth non-stick surface
  • Sleek, contemporary
  • Oven, microwave & dishwasher safe
  • Lead, cadmium & nickel free
  • 10 year warranty
  • Made in France

    Good product, great service

I ordered 2 Emile Henry salad bowls to replace ones that I had broken. I knew the product, its qualities and drawbacks, but I had never previously dealt with the Chef Supplies. My first experience with them was flawless. The ordering process went smoothly, but the big plus was the way the Chef Supplies followed through by keeping me posted of the order's progress every step of the way. The bowls were shipped the very same day and delivered even earlier than promised. I will most certainly revisit the Chef Supplies the next time I'm shopping for kitchenware. My only gripe (and I hope someone at the Chef Supplies actually reads this) is that a company that proclaims itself as being "100% Canadian and proud of it" could well go to the trouble of creating a French version of it's site.
