Exclusive to Cuisipro, Surface Glide Technology™ grooved grating surface takes etched graters to the next level by creating the perfect balance between ease of grating and maximum efficiency. The science behind this technology is based on the repeated grooved pattern that is spread evenly across the face of the grating surface, creating a larger cutting surface for food and allowing you to grate more with less effort. Comes with extendable blades and 3 grating surfaces in 1 tool (coarse, superfine, starburst):
Coarse- Ideal for most cheeses and vegetables including carrots or ginger. The texture is more varied among ingredients than with a fine grate.
