- Swivel Casters – Equipped with 5" diameter swivel modulus tires, each tire has a 1-1/4" wide wheel and a load capacity of 250 lbs., making it easy to maneuver even when fully loaded. Two casters are equipped with brakes for secure placement during use.
- Large Capacity – The rack can hold 2 baskets side-by-side and 16 baskets high, with a total of 32 baskets, providing ample space for up to 320 meals in total. Perfect for high-volume meal preparation and rethermalization.
- Temperature Range – Suitable for use in a temperature range of -45°F to +180°F, making it versatile for both freezing and rethermalizing hot meals.
