Description
Five full-size sheet pans at a time, moved by a two-speed convection fan, out of a single-deck cabinet 38.00" wide. Three burners at 18,000 BTU/hr each supply 54,000 BTU/hr total. Bakeries, restaurant kitchens, institutional lines and small food processing operations use this size as their first real oven.
Shelf positions number ten, so the five pans can be spaced tight for cookies or spread out for tall product, and the nickel-plated chrome racks slide on guides that adjust without tools. Electronic spark ignition with an automatic pilot and safety shut-off starts the burners, and the fan runs a cool-down mode when the shift is done. Independent double-pane glass doors let a cook check colour without dropping cavity temperature, and the thermostat holds anywhere from 175°F to 500°F. The cabinet measures 38.00" W x 39.75" D x 61.75" H at 195 lb net; leave 17.00" to combustibles and 4.00" at the rear.
