Description
Two open burners on the left, a 24.00" manual griddle on the right, one standard oven below: that is the whole layout of this 36.00" range, and it is the layout breakfast and brunch kitchens ask for. The griddle carries eggs, pancakes and bacon in volume while the two burners stay free for sauce, soup or a stockpot.
The open-burner section covers 12.00" x 24.00" beneath heavy-duty 12.00" x 12.00" removable cast iron grates, and the polished steel griddle plate measures 24.00" x 20.00" with its own manual valves. Below both, the enamel-lined oven runs 26.00" x 26.00" x 15.00" with two chrome racks, four rack-guide positions and a 175°F to 500°F thermostat, taking bun pans widthwise or lengthwise. Stainless steel covers the front, sides, kick plate, back guard and over shelf, and the crumb tray runs the full width of the top. Gas lands at a 0.75" NPT inlet, 5.00" W.C. on natural gas or 10.00" W.C. on propane.
