Description
A 36" radiant charbroiler divides 105,000 BTU/Hr across three 12" sections, each with its own 35,000 BTU/Hr U-shaped burner. Every section lights off its own standing pilot and answers to its own manual valve, so the grate can run hot at one end and gentle at the other. Hotel kitchens and mid-volume restaurant lines reach for this width when a 24" broiler runs out of room by the second seating.
Stainless steel runs through the build, inside and out, and the sides are double-walled to keep the cabinet cooler where cooks stand. Raise or drop the top grate between its two positions to change how hard the 36" x 19.75" surface sears. Cleaning is a matter of pulling the full-width crumb tray and wiping down. Net weight is 181 lbs, the gas inlet is 0.75" NPT, and the broiler arrives configured for natural gas with the LP conversion kit in the crate.
